- Fixed bug causing welcome screen to sometimes be displayed even when unlock 
  code was entered.

- Preferences
   - Added option to start Scenario Chooser automatically when application opens 
     (defaults to true).
   - Removed option from Preferences screen for assigning ships when printing.  This
     is now done directly from Scenario Viewer, using a page on the multi function 
     display.
   - Added option for printing MA grids in black regardless of wind conditions.
   - Reduced flicker on startup by opening in hidden mode.
   - Added option to display a quote-of-the-day screen on startup (defaults to true).
- Data Import
   - Removed "Product Viewer" and "Product Import" screens in favor of a single screen 
     called "Add-On Manager," where you can do everything you need to with your 
     Add-Ons.
   - Clarified confirmation text for single-scenario import mode, which was a little
     confusing.
- Scenario Editor / Scenario Viewer
   - The "Edit" button on the Scenario Viewer is now only available when viewing
     unrestricted scenarios.
   - Restrict input for certain fields on shore batteries.
- Back end
   - Automatically upgrade tables to current version if lower version detected.
   - Clarified dialogs that report table link errors with more descriptive text.
- Misc
   - Printing using the "print" button on the toolbar now brings you to Windows'
     print dialog, instead of automatically sending to the default printer.
   - Can now use Ship History Report to get a history of all ships for a particular 
     nationality by selecting "all" from the ship name dropdown box.
   - Formatting changes to both log styles.
   - Redesign Welcome screen and add support for email registration.  Welcome Screen
     will now display at least once when new versions are installed, even if the 
     application has already been unlocked.
   - Added "flag" feature to scenarios to allow you to mark a scenario for later 
     attention.  This flag shows up on the Scenario Chooser, where you can sort all
     scenarios for the ones with the flag set.
   - Added OK/CANCEL buttons to Add-On Editor.

- Made the following changes to the classic-style logs to more closely match Monsoon 
  Seas format:
  - Changed font and font size of Ship Name, CH Mod, Initial CQ, MR.
  - Increased height of boxes in Marine section to match other sections.
  - Dashed lines increased from hairline to 2 point.
  - Added thick boarders around gunnery range 1-9, gunnery range 10-15, and IB/Rake
    bonuses.
  - Made IB/Rake bonuses and IB circles yellow.
- Made the movement allowance numbers bold on both log styles to stand out better.
